Yoga Alignment

A powerful form of yoga that has an emphasis on precise alignment in the performance of posture (asana). You will be working towards more strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, awareness and deep relaxation. This attention to alignment is often facilitated by props to help every body achieve good alignment regardless of your age, flexibility or level of fitness. The use of props minimises the risk of injury or strain or can provide extra challenge. In this playful classes you are able to explore and deepen your yoga practice, whether you are a skilled yogi or new to yoga.
