Follow Your Dream

Learning to teach yoga teaches you yoga

Why 200 hour training programS?

Modern standards for learning to teach yoga are generally 200 hour programs (approx. 20-26 days). Of course you might choose a more robust program with more classroom time. We don’t recommend less. We make sure any program we host or offer is of high standard and offers Yoga Alliance Certification (RYT-200).

Going 100% online for your foundation training is risky. Some programs may combine online and live learning. Yoga requires person to person connection to really transmit the essence and it needs hands on touch for you to feel what the teacher means in your body.

Next to our own 200-hour Vinyasa Training, we also work with senior yoga teachers and host their programs of different styles or approaches at Yoga Moves like the Ashtanga Training with Marilou van Hoek.

Where to start? How to deepen? Hilary tells you a brief overview of our current longer training programs.

Once you have established your foundation training, taking shorter courses to continue your education or to learn more specific things works really well.

NEW THIS YEAR: we are offering a longer program where we meet on Thursdays approx 2-3 times a month (Starts in October); in addition we offer one that starts at the end of January in Utrecht and one starts in April in Den Haag.

Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200 HOURS)
