Styles of massage we offer

Down to Earth

Our therapists are experienced and professional. Let them work their magic with their intuition, hands, knowledge of good pressure, approach and technique. They will use their intuition but also respond to your request in the moment. You decide if you want 100% oil massage, a mix of pressure or energy work.
Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massages work slowly to open up long held patterns of tension by gently but sometimes firmly moving deeper into the old congested areas of your muscles and fascia, allowing them to slowly unwind.
Esp for deep tissue, therapists may choose a no oil massage; some have you keep your clothes on - so wear loose clothes.
Healing Energy Massage

Working with energy, softness, intuition, sometimes emotions, this approach is more energetic and less muscular. This treatment is supportive if you feel very sensitive, or have injuries that would be better left to heal without (deep) touch.
Pregnancy Massage

Mama to be?
Now is the time to pamper yourself (and your baby gets the benefits too!). Let us help you relieve your aches and pains while nurturing your body, mind and spirit. Before baby comes is the perfect moment to take time for yourself. Recommended from 12 weeks of pregnancy. Highly valuable to do this regularly throughout your pregnancy.
