Candle Light | Flow and Restore
Move and breathe in a slow deliberate way to access deep restoring rest. Accompanied by the warming ambience of candles, this class combines the qualities of slow vinyasa practice, bringing ease and flow into the body, heart and mind, with the healing qualities of deep restoring poses.
Ashtanga Yoga

Power Yoga For Men
This class is specifically aimed at men. Build stamina, flexibility, and strength in this alignment-based, deeply healing, sweaty practice.
Pregnancy Yoga
With pregnancy yoga you explore with all the changes going on and work on staying strong and flexible in a supportive place.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga focuses on opening and relaxing your body & nervous system; providing an opportunity to heal and renew in poses held for 5-15 minutes.
Rise & Shine Yoga
During Simon’s flow-based teachings he brings joyful attention to the subtle aspects of breath and energy work. He dives deep into the mystical teachings of Yoga and meditation as tools for transformation, personal liberation and teaches his students to ‘live their love and embody their freedom’.
