Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar yoga is based on the teachings of B.K.S Iyengar. A great amount of attention is given to the correct alignment of the body which makes the physical practice of yoga both effective and precise. Be prepared to work strongly but intelligently. Great if you’re working with injuries or just want to learn how to do it “right”.
You’ll use different kinds of props to help achieve good alignment. Everyone can join regardless of age, flexibility, or ability. Learn how to minimize the risk of injury and move effectively and with awareness.
