Pregnancy Yoga
From the moment of conception, everything inside of you is changing. It's a powerful and important time. With pregnancy yoga you explore with all the changes going on and work on staying strong and flexible. In addition, the specific exercises for your pelvis help prevent or support pelvic complaints.
No need to wait until later in your pregnancy to start. In fact we recommend you begin from 13+ weeks. Enjoy a great yoga practice that is geared for this special time of life. We include more specific movements and breathing practices to use during labour, along with many helpful tips to support your birth. Connect to other women. Take good care of yourself and your baby on the way.
