If you want to start to do yoga, you are welcome here! Regardless of your age, weight, strength or flexibility, we have something that is right for you.
Hatha Yoga
Move slowly and deliberately, challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.
Hormone Yoga
Take charge of your wellness with a practice designed to improve your circulation, find inner calm, and nurture yourself in a more feminine way.
Meditation Intro Class
These meditation classes will introduce you to the teacher, her approach to learning meditation and offer you guided meditation, short dharma talks, periods of contemplation and silent sitting.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga focuses on opening and relaxing your body & nervous system; providing an opportunity to heal and renew in poses held for 5-15 minutes.
Somatic Yoga
In somatic yoga we bring awareness to our blind spots. By consciously and slowly sensing and moving, we allow re-learn movement patterns so we can move more freely.
Breathwork
Are you ready to experience that you have more control over your own body & mind than you think? In this class we will start with some small movements/stretches to warm the body before the breathwork. This breathing exercise goes so deep that it lowers inflammation, boosts your immune system, gives you more energy and makes you feel great afterwards!
Yin Yang Yoga
Balance your practice in this combination of energizing ‘Yang’ yoga styles (such as Hatha or Vinyasa), and Yin yoga which is more focussed on stillness & relaxation.
Yoga Nidra
Experience this deep relaxation and gentle meditation technique for body, mind, and soul that leads to psychological, physical, and spiritual healing and well-being.
