Yin Yang Yoga
Balance your practice in this combination of energising ‘Yang’ yoga styles (such as Hatha or Vinyasa), and Yin yoga which is more focussed on release.
The yang components consist of powerful, active yoga poses that generate heat in the body, building strength and flexibility in the muscles. The Yin part is more passive, with gentle poses held for longer to release tension in the joints and connective tissue.
By combining both Yin and Yang styles we’ll strive for a feeling of true balance.
