Enjoy a vigorous, dynamic, steady paced class that includes elements of flow, strength, and meditative awareness. Vinyasa means to breathe and move in sync. You may move fast or slow, strong or soft.
Teachers are free to offer creative sequences that may follow their mood, the weather or season. The classes unfold organically and may include offer various challenges in a balanced and harmonious way.
