Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It’s usually practiced lying down with a teacher guiding your attention inwards. Learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where your body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis).
The breath becomes quiet and more balanced. Unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves as we fall into a state of deep, blissful awareness. Yoga Nidra helps with sleep, stress relief, and improved concentration.
In Hatha & Nidra, Somatic & Nidra or Yin & Nidra we combine hatha, somatic or yin yoga with Yoga Nidra in one class. A perfect combination. Some classes are in our warmed room (28°C) to help you let go.
