Aerial Yoga
Let the aerial hammock both support and challenge you in traditional yoga poses combined with mindful more circular movements. Deep breaths allow you to release tension and relax into the massage of the hammock. Inverted poses will let gravity do its work, allowing you to safely release physical stress, decompress the spinal column, relax your muscles, and overcome your fears.
Experience a new sense of freedom and playfulness while ‘flying’. The final relaxation takes you to this magical place where you are suspended between heaven and earth.
Aerial Flow Enjoy a more flowing sequence moving in and out of the hammock.
Yin Aerial The low hammock provides a deeply healing and recharging tissue massage. The poses are gentle and held for longer periods of time.
Restorative Aerial Use the low hammock to support your body so it can surrender completely.
Note to our pregnant goddesses:
If you are pregnant and already a regular Aerial Yoga student, you are welcome to continue attending classes with a few modifications. Please avoid deep twists and strong core exercises.
If you are pregnant and new to Aerial Yoga, we advise against joining a standard class with the hammock at hip height. However, if the class uses a "low hammock," you may be able to participate with modifications—as long as you avoid deep twists and core work.
For all our Aerial Yoga classes we ask you to wear a t-shirt with sleeves. It helps maintain hygiene and ensures everyone’s comfort while flying.
