That is what Alec figured out in 2020 when he was looking for an answer to his many allergic reactions, asthma and anxiety. After reading ‘Breathe’ by James Nestor, he was introduced to the world of ‘Breathwork’ and the different effects it has on your body and mind.

With her background in music and singing, she has always had a strong desire to connect body, mind and heart and express herself authentically. Throughout the years, she has explored various techniques in breathwork, bodywork, and meditation, but it was yoga that truly resonated with her 14 years ago.

Anneloes has been teaching dance and group fitness classes since she was 16 years old, so teaching became second nature to her. She loves to give and feel the energy in class and likes to interact with her students.

Dana Marshall (Brooklyn, New York) is known for her heartfelt way of teaching and applies it to daily life. She creates an atmosphere of warmth and kindness in her classes which encourages students to relax into their bodies and minds.

Daniela is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher who enjoys helping other students by sharing her knowledge. Daniela believes in creating a firm foundation of yoga practice and then gradually building up to go into deeper levels. Her teaching style is challenging but clear and precise.
