Fleur discovered yoga as a way to be in the moment. In the beginning, the power of deep breathing made her feel vulnerable. Now she experiences it as her home base, as a refuge to keep her in balance, so that she can live her life more fully.

Fleur completed the 200hour Vinyasa and the Hot Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Moves and has been teaching yoga ever since. She is inspired by teacher Max Strom and his breath-focused approach. Therefore, Fleur integrates breathing patterns in her classes. She stimulates you too, to be conscious in connection with your breath and thereby with yourself and your life, to move forward from your own strength and in a safe (anatomical) way.

Her instructions leave room to experience and explore how yoga supports you. Her teaching style is warm and open, but strong and grounded. She loves to share her experience with energy management (in the heat) and the effect on your body and mind. She is an accessible teacher that loves to improve everyone's well-being.

Big chance you meet her on the mat too. She regularly participates in classes, workshops, and retreats to continue deepening her understanding of yoga and the art of teaching. She is looking forward to meeting you on the mat.
