'The way you breathe, determines how you feel'.

That is what Alec figured out in 2020 when he was looking for an answer to his many allergic reactions, asthma and anxiety. After reading ‘Breathe’ by James Nestor, he was introduced to the world of ‘Breathwork’ and the different effects it has on your body and mind. Meditation was part of his daily routine for years, but the power of the breath was new to him. Alec became fascinated with breathing techniques, cold exposure and became a certified Wim Hof Method instructor. While practicing breathwork every day, his allergic reactions and anxiety-attacks eventually disappeared and he stopped using his inhaler for my asthma.

Alecs mission is to show you that you have more control over your own body & mind than you think! During his class he will introduce you with some small movements/stretches to warm the body before the WHM breathwork. This breathing exercise goes so deep that it lowers inflammation, boosts your imunesystem, gives you more energy and makes you feel great after!

The WHM breathwork can be intens and is not suitable for you if you have high blood pressure, panic attacks, epilepsy or if you’re pregnant.
