"The way you breathe determines how you feel."

That’s what Alec discovered in 2020 while searching for answers to his persistent allergic reactions, asthma, and anxiety. After reading Breath by James Nestor, he was introduced to the world of breathwork and its profound effects on both the body and mind. Meditation had been part of his daily routine for years, but the power of the breath was a whole new discovery for him.

Alec became fascinated with various breathing techniques as well as cold and heat exposure. In 2023, he became a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, and in 2024-2025, he was trained as a breathwork coach by Kasper van der Meulen. Through consistent breathwork practice, Alec's allergic reactions and anxiety attacks eventually disappeared, and his asthma symptoms significantly decreased.

Alec's mission is to show you that you have more control over your own body and mind than you may realize. He works closely with companies to help improve the health and well-being of their employees.

In his classes, Alec will guide you through gentle movements and stretches to warm up your body before diving deep into the transformative world of breathwork. This practice has the potential to reduce inflammation, lower stress, and leave you feeling more energized and alive throughout the day.

Some breathwork techniques can be intense, so this class may not be suitable for those with high blood pressure, panic attacks, epilepsy, or pregnancy. No prior experience is required, but please come prepared for a potentially powerful and confronting journey. We provide a safe and supportive environment for whatever arises.
