Anita Rode

For Anita Rode, her yoga journey goes hand in hand with her motherhood journey. She started seriously practicing Iyengar yoga after her first child was born 11 years ago. The Iyengar yoga practice helped her with quiet her busy mind, uplift her mood, and build physical strength and flexibility.

Now, with Iyengar teacher training and many international workshops behind her, she loves to bring the benefits of Iyengar yoga to her students. While teaching, she continues to gain knowledge through workshops and regular classes.

Her teaching focuses on alignment, through detailed instructions and the use of various props, as well as on building strength and mobility. She hopes her students stay curious and are being challenged in her classes.

Anita is kind, caring and willing to give detailed explanations, as well as offer alternative poses or adjustments according to students’ needs.
