Andrea Hauser
For Andrea, yoga is a source of liveliness and connection. With her background in music and singing, she has always had a strong desire to connect body, mind and heart and express herself authentically. Throughout the years, she has explored various techniques in breathwork, bodywork, and meditation, but it was yoga that truly resonated with her 14 years ago. For Andrea, feeling connected with life begins with focusing on breathing, grounding and connecting with the body. From there a deeper sense of self-awareness can gradually unfold.
Andrea loves to teach Ashtanga Yoga: “It’s just you on a thin mat, with the challenging sequence as a focused moving meditation”. She likes to create an atmosphere of lightness, openness, and calmness, allowing you to feel safe and to surrender to the effort of the practice. She encourages to listen inwardly, connecting with body and heart, finding your own grounded pace and a smile on your face.
Andrea combines her passion for yoga with singing and chanting. She also offers mantra singing and improv workshops.
