Astrid van Wesenbeeck
Since you will experience all of life through your body, whether the body is healthy, ill, strong, weak, flexible or incredibly stiff, in her yoga classes Astrid will support you in coming back home into your body as it is right now, via slow movements and ultimate awareness of these movements.
Astrid completed the Yoga Moves Basic Vinyasa Teacher Training (Utrecht, Netherlands) in 2016, which was the starting point for a dive into the deep. She fell in love with somatic education, (iRest) Yoga Nidra, body focused coaching and the human nervous system.
In her yoga classes Astrid will invite you to combine thinking, sensing, breathing and moving, together with a curious, welcoming and inquiring attitude. Her aim is always to explore how we can move with more ease and less effort, and how we can learn to hold space for that which arises – the pleasant and the unpleasant.
