Elsa is a yoga teacher with a playful, gentle and strong approach. Behind the humor and the French accent hides the wisdom of a yogi who has walked the rocky road of life, in search of acceptance and knowledge of oneself and of the other.
Elsa is Parisian and has worked for more than 10 years in music, with celebrities from all over the world. Bodywork, philosophy, breathing, meditation and music have become real pillars of her daily life.
Her playful and precise teaching in the alignments is always accompanied by carefully selected music for a hypnotic experience. She always puts forward a theme on her class, to make you walk in your life, not only on the mat but also, where the practice of yoga really begins, according to her: outside the mat.
For her, the definition of yoga is: you don’t have to be the best, you don’t have to win, you only have to be yourself, move and speak from your heart without having to prove a damn thing to anyone.
