Caitlin Lindsey

Caitlin took her first yoga class in 2009 as a form of physical therapy to help recover from an injury. But she quickly realized there was much more to yoga than just the physical benefits. She was instantly drawn in by the connection between mind and body and how yoga led her to be more in tune with herself and the world around her. She completed her teacher training at Samahita with Paul Dallaghan and Arielle Nash in 2017, and since then has been teaching to a diverse group of students from all over the world.

Caitlin believes that yoga teaches people how to live and be in their bodies, so she encourages students to tune into themselves, to listen to their own body, and find what works best for them.
