Join Debby and Rahul to discover the 8 limbs that provide a framework for abundant living and self-realisation.

In this workshop Debby and Rahul bring the best of their experience to guide you through a part of the Primary Series of Ashtanga yoga. You will explore the power of our breath in a Pranayama session and how these breathwork practices can prepare you for deeper meditative practices.

Throughout the session, the philosophy behind Ashtanga will be discussed and reflected upon to help guide your practice, on the mat and in your daily life.

Through this session Debby and Rahul aim to provide a holistic view of the Ashtanga practice which could help towards conscious and wholesome lives.

We don't promise Samadhi (yet), but this workshop will for sure get you on your way!
