What to expect…
Move from the healing power of embodied breath as you ease into the flow of movement meditation. Simon will guide you through gentle breath and movement sequences that transform each moment into a moving meditation. Give yourself to cycles of fluid, dynamic breath work and tension release sequences that will help you relax and move deeper into a mindful flow state. Drop deeply into your body during earthy somatic yoga and movement sequences that will bring you home to your intuitive embodied wisdom.
The whole journey is supported by a hypnotic and mesmerising soundtrack as well as live music and mantra chanting so you can dive deeply into sound and movement meditation.
Open to your heart’s wisdom as your thinking mind relaxes and you drop into the feeling state (bhav) of your heart mind connection.
This evening ends with a healing sound bath. Let the soothing vibrations of harmonium, voice, singing bowls and other sacred sounds wash over you and invite you into deeper communion with your own blissful nature.
