A deep journey to our inner peace and wisdom
In this 5-week course we will retreat from our daily lives into the comfort of a yoga studio, and into ourselves. With various styles of meditation, we will go on a journey to discover the inner peace and wisdom that’s in each one of us. Whether meditation is new to you, or you are an experienced meditator, you will find ways to connect with yourself, stay grounded and centered, and follow your flow in your everyday life.
We start with yoga-nidra, a guided meditation, to relax the nervous system. Then we continue with different kinds of meditation such as mindfulness, heart-meditation, energy work and breathing exercises. Ernestine offers you a gentle approach to meditation and invites you to lean back and enjoy these comforting classes that will relax your body, calm your mind, and open your heart
In 5 sessions we will explore the following topics:
Relaxing the body: Mastering the nervous system to rest and restore
Calming the mind: Navigating through thoughts and feelings to find peace of mind
Opening the heart: Activating compassion to feel (self)love and find inner wisdom
Following Flow: Aligning body, mind and soul to experience peace and purpose
Creating Space: Finding Inner Peace and Flow at home
