Hatha Yoga & Somatic Training
With Liliana NuÑo
Explore how to bring somatic awareness to your body, practice and teaching in this both personal and professional development course. Go deeper into yoga!
This training program is designed to help you connect with yourself and the immense beauty of Yoga, its original ancient essence, and the traditional teachings taught with respect and love from a somatic perspective.
Developing a somatic approach to yoga will help you bring a deep awareness of your body. You will be invited to be present to sensations to be sensitive in how you approach movement moment to moment. A path based on mindfulness through physical enquiry, a training designed to initiate a path of transformation towards a state of deep serenity in your life and in your yoga teaching.
In somatic yoga we start a continuous learning process of being attentive to, and aware of, bodily sensations/experiences and of taking sensitive actions. Central to somatic yoga is the individual journey of each person, accepting strengths and limitations and growing towards inner harmony.
For whom is this training:
Yoga students and teachers, people involved in somatic education and movement, therapists, educators and health professionals and anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the path of self-knowledge.
It is a useful experience whether your goal is to: deepen your personal practice, become a yoga teacher or learn a somatic approach when you already teach yoga classes.
