Whether you had a strong regular practice before birth, found yoga during pregnancy or are just curious as to what it might offer for you after birth join this session to discover how you can easily incorporate 5 very beneficial Yoga habits into your daily life so that they support your body, mind and spirit in your life with a new baby.
Babies are welcome and will be worked with and around as much as possible as a realistic way of practising and incorporating yoga into daily life. All yoga practices are multifaceted and intertwining and…?
In this session we will explore some simple practices for each of these themes for you to sprinkle through your day.

Bring your baby with you and enjoy some progressive practices to jump start your postnatal recovery or continue to add strength to your core, realign your spine, stabilise your pelvic joints and strengthen your core muscles.
Release tension from all the holding and carrying of a growing baby and enjoy a deep relaxation together. With ways to work around Baby's needs you can practice even with your baby present!
Please note that these sessions are part of the Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training with Kirsteen Ruffel. The trainees of the training will take part during the class to observe, experience, and to get a taste of a real postnatal class.
