Kasper van den Wijngaard
Kasper spent the majority of his time practicing yoga throughout his twenties and thirties. He learned to understand his own body & mind through clear teaching. In his classes he will always try to give simple foundations, honest timing and welcome you to listen to your body.
Kasper has been teaching hot yoga since 2008. He taught and participated in yoga asana demonstrations all around the world in 2010-2011. Kasper met his teacher and life partner Sherie van den Wijngaard in 2010, and she guided him towards studying and practicing the 8 limbs of yoga as a lifelong process. In his pursuit of learning he is currently studying to become a physiotherapist. During his free time he enjoys laughing, eating and lifting weights in the gym.
