What time are you coming to your yoga class?

Our yoga classes start at a fixed time and are group classes. We strive to provide everyone in the class with the same experience, which is why our classes start at the designated time. If people arrive late and the class has already begun, it can disrupt the experience for the other students. That's why we ask you to be present at the studio about 15 minutes before the start of the class.

During these 15 minutes, you can check-in, change if needed, and find a spot in the shala. If necessary, you can also grab the necessary yoga accessories and make yourself comfortable on your mat. We intentionally ask you to be present about 10 minutes before the start of the class, but not much earlier. We want to prepare the shala for the class, which may involve tidying up, cleaning, or adjusting the lighting or heating.

We would like to welcome you in our studio about 15 minutes before the start of the class. If you arrive too early, you may need to wait until the door or the shala is available. The shala is accessible about 10 minutes before the start of the class. If you arrive late to the studio, the door may be closed. We aim to start the class on time, and if the teacher is already in the shala and the door is closed, you may not be able to participate in the class.

Please arrive about 15 minutes before the start of the class, but no later than 5 minutes before. This way, you always have enough time and are in the right mindset to fully enjoy your yoga class. We, as employees and teachers, also appreciate this.
