Shengnan Lu

Shengnan (Sheng) Lu, originally from China, is a psychologist and yoga enthusiast. His yoga journey began in 2012 during his psychology studies in the Netherlands, leading him to the Himalayas in Nepal for yoga teacher training. Today, he offers psychotherapy and yoga sessions across Europe and Asia.

With a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology, Sheng brings a unique psychological perspective to his yoga classes. He blends traditional yoga practices with modern scientific insights and tools, creating sessions that provide a nurturing space for individuals to explore the bodily-inspired connection with their authentic selves. Drawing inspiration from their own physical and cognitive experiences, Sheng's approach helps practitioners navigate challenges both in their body and mind, fostering resilient mental well-being.
