Late cancel policy
New policy introduced for late cancellations and no-shows at Yoga Moves for unlimited card holders (infinity, annual, bi-annual)
Dear yogi,
We are so happy to see more yogi’s joining our classes. But unfortunately we are often waiting for people who booked a class and don’t show up.
We believe it’s important to give everyone the opportunity to attend classes, and if people aren’t cancelling in time, it can prevent others from joining. That is the reason why we are introducing a new policy to address the issue of late cancellations and no-shows for unlimited card holders.
Unlimited card holders (infinity, annual, bi-annual) will still be able to cancel a class or be a no-show once every 4 weeks without consequence. But if they cancel a class within 2 hours before the scheduled start time or are a no-show more often, a late cancellation fee of €7,50 will be automatically deducted from their account.
The policy has been introduced to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to attend classes. And of course, unforeseen circumstances can arise. You can always contact us if something happens last minute - we’d love to help.
