March 2023: Important details about your Yoga Moves subscription
Dear yogis and yoginis,
As a valued member of our community, we want to ensure that you are aware of our subscription and class card extension policies.
Pauses / Cancellations / Changes
In order to process any requests related to pausing, upgrading, downgrading, or canceling your subscription, we kindly ask that you fill out our notification form.
Please note that:
Canceling your membership requires a one calendar month notice (before the following invoice is issued) after the minimum contract duration has been fulfilled. However, for Infinity-1, you may cancel with just 10 days notice.
If you wish to pause your membership, you may do so for up to 1 month per year with just 5 working days notice.
Upgrading your membership is always an option, and you may do so at any time.
If you would like to downgrade your membership, please be aware that this is only possible after the minimum contract duration has passed, and a one month notice is required.
Cancellations and pauses cannot be processed retroactively
These requests take up to 5 working days to be processed
To prevent any confusion or inconvenience, please make sure to inform us of any desired changes to your membership. Changes are not made automatically when you purchase a new subscription, and we want to ensure that you are not charged for multiple subscriptions simultaneously!
We appreciate timely payments!
We just wanted to remind you how much we appreciate your timely payments, as they allow us to continue providing you with our services.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, please make sure that there are sufficient funds in your account around the same date every month when you initially purchased your subscription. We understand that things can come up, so if for any reason a payment is blocked or canceled, please be aware that a €15 administration fee will be charged per failed transaction. Subscription duration & automatic renewal
Once the minimum duration of your subscription has passed, it will be automatically renewed to ensure uninterrupted access to our services. However, you can cancel your subscription with a calendar month's notice (see section Pauses / Cancelations / Changes above).
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to make any necessary adjustments. That's why we ask for just a month's notice for cancellation.
Class card extensions
In order to process a Class Card extension please note that:
We are only able extend class cards which have expired within the last 30 days
The extension is for 1 Month.
Should you not have enough time to use the available credits within that time frame, you can purchase another class card extension on our website
This request takes up to 5 working days to be processed
