Welcome to the Yoga Moves community. Great that you have joined us with your Balance membership. We look forward to seeing you often on the mat!
Below are the terms of this agreement.
BASIC TERMS
Your contract runs for a minimum of 6 paid months. After this period, your contract will be automatically renewed without notice. From then on, you have the right to stop your membership with one calendar month's notice.
The first automatic withdrawal will be executed the day after subscribing and will occur monthly around this same date. In case of a blocked or cancelled payment, a €15 administration fee will be charged per failed transaction. Yoga Moves General Conditions apply.
Balance members can attend extra classes for only €11 per class.
MAKING RESERVATIONS
We encourage you to sign-up ahead online. You can cancel your in-studio classes 2 hours before the start. After that, it is considered a late cancellation. In case of a no-show or late cancellation for an in-studio class you will be charged one class.

VALIDITY U-PAS AND STUDENT MEMBERSHIPS
The discount for students and U-pas holders will no longer apply after the student card/u-pas has expired. After this period the membership fee will return to the regular price per month without notice.
If your card is about to expire, please make sure to email your new student or u-pas card to contact@yogamoves.nl or show it at the front desk.
GOING ON HOLIDAY?
Once you complete the first month of a membership card, a pause of 1-month max is allowed 1x per year. To pause the card, please let us know at least 5 working-days before you wish to pause your card by filling in this form.
INJURED - ILL - PREGNANT?
In the occasion that you are injured or out of commission (for a longer time), please do let us know in time, so we can think with you on when and how to pause your membership. Memberships can only be pause in the futere and not in the past. Please contact us.
WANT TO STOP?
If you wish to terminate your membership, you can do so after the commitment period of your contract (6 months). Please take into consideration that we have a one-calendar-month-notice policy. You can do this through this form..

PAUSING
It is not possible to pause this membership. The discounted price takes into consideration normal pauses.
