Whether you are new to Ashtanga Yoga or you have been practicing for a while, this XL Workshop will help bring awareness to your Ashtanga Yoga practice, and help you move to the next level - what ever that may be.
Deepen your understanding of this dynamic style of yoga and life changing practice.

You will explore the Trishtana (x3) of Ashtanga Yoga: Breath, Bandhas and Drishti. Plus Marilous will explain some postures in greater detail that you would in a regular class. You will start to learn the sequence so you can do it anytime and anywhere.

Experience the essence of Mysore style, “practicing alone & with others” that Ashtanga is so famous for.
