We see backbends appear in most active yoga classes, yet many of us struggle with low back pain or compression in these poses. Learn to stop forcing your backbends and to approach these poses with ease, proper support, and technique.

Caitlin will help you build your backbends from the ground up and overcome fear and challenges of integrating these poses into your practice!

Learn how to use and strengthen your spinal muscles to create comfort and greater safety in your backbends. Learn how to use your core and legs in backbends to support the poses and avoid lower back compression. Learn how to prepare your body for backbends and deepen your understanding of how the body works together.
