XL: FAMILY ACROYOGA Monster WORKSHOP

with Esther Hertog

Family AcroYoga focuses on the connection between parent and child. By moving, playing and meditating together, a close bond is created where fun is as important as resting and caring for each other. In this Family AcroYoga workshop you will stretch, massage and learn to fly safely! This is how we create togetherness and trust in a playful way.

No acrobatics or yoga experience needed to participate!

About Family AcroYoga

Family AcroYoga combines yoga, acrobatic flying, massage, and games into a one-of-a-kind practice that encourages physical awareness and boosts self-confidence for both children and their caregivers. The focus on movement, playfulness, and enjoyment strengthens the bond between family members. By practicing these disciplines together, we aim to cultivate confidence, mutual trust, and effective communication skills that can be applied both in and outside of the class setting. See here an example of a Family AcroYoga class.
