Maszena loves teaching flow yoga as a movement meditation, where you move consciously in the rhythm of the breath. Breath awareness is for her an essential tool to create a state of presence and grounding. Known for her creative yet balanced sequencing, she keeps an good eye on alignment and accommodates different levels into her classes.
Maurice Eikmans
In his yin and vinyasa classes, Maurice helps you find stillness from within. You can connect with your body and mind through feeling and being more at one with your environment. Now and then, he shares authentic stories to lead you through longer held yin poses or to bring focus into an active flow sequence. Maurice loves to teach both indoor and outdoor to integrate the earth element. Besides teaching yoga, Maurice also holds mindful and meditation sessions for corporations.
Megan Riley
After many years of continuous study and practice, Megan Riley received Certification from Guru R. Sharath Jois at the source of Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore, India. She has assisted in the teaching room there and taught at Jois Shala in the U.S. before running her own Mysore program in Connecticut. Now she teaches daily Mysore. She is grateful to her teachers for their guidance along the path.

Miliza Cuyno
After accidentally clicking on an online yoga class in 2015, Miliza has explored different yoga types since.
An 8-day yoga deepening workshop in 2020 convinced her that teaching is going to be a life goal and eventually got her Vinyasa certification at Yoga Moves, the year after.
Her class mixes gentle and strong flows with plenty of alignment and breathing cues and her love for yoga and teaching is evident in the way she guides her class.
Naomi Jansen
Since she was little, Naomi loved dancing and moving. In 2016, she started doing yoga. The mat quickly became her comfortable space, where she feels connected to herself.
After finishing her Vinyasa and Hot Hatha Teacher Training at Yoga Moves, Naomi developed a passion for sharing yoga with others. She’s always curious about life and yoga, often seen on the mat learning and getting inspiration from other teachers.
In her classes, Naomi guides you to pay attention to your body, adds creativity to movement and teaches finding balance between being gentle and strong. With her positive attitude, she makes it easy for you to feel connected to yourself.
Nathalie Reinegger
Cultivating and developing self love, this is a practice Nathalie finds incredibly beautiful and where she'd like to assist you. To be with yourself in kindness and compassion, this is what she encourages in her classes. In a friendly way, Nathalie guides you to come back to yourself, to your own energy, so that you can tailor your yoga practice according to how you are feeling at that very moment. In her classes there is a beautiful balance between the technical side of yoga poses and yoga philosophy. Nathalie believes in the saying: „a teacher opens the door, but you must walk through it yourself.“

Rosemarie is Australian and has lived in The Netherlands since 1990. She began yoga classes with Hilary in 2001 (when Yoga Moves first opened it’s doors) and quickly became attracted to the multifaceted influences of yoga on her physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Sanne discovered yoga in her mid-twenties as a way to balance an intense career and find some much-needed stillness and connection. Being curious and focused, she immediately dived deeply into it, developing a regular body-mind practice.
Shengnan Lu
Shengnan (Sheng) Lu, originally from China, is a psychologist and yoga enthusiast. His yoga journey began in 2012 during his psychology studies in the Netherlands, leading him to the Himalayas in Nepal for yoga teacher training. Today, he offers psychotherapy and yoga sessions across Europe and Asia.
