Simon grew up in a family where yoga and meditation was practised. This sparked his curiosity and he started exploring yoga and meditation at a young age. For 20 years Simon then worked internationally as dancer-choreographer, a wonderful opportunity to learn so much about the body, breath and movement. He has followed multiple yoga teacher trainings and in 2012 discovered Prana-Flow yoga on a retreat in France. This experience completely caught him by surprise,
Simon was literally blown away by this beautiful, empowering and liberating approach to yoga. Prana Flow yoga brings together his love for yoga, breath and movement and since 2012 he has travelled to extensively to Los Angeles, France, England and India to complete more than 500 hours of study in Prana Flow Yoga.
Simon loves to share the wonderful techniques of yoga, breath-work and conscious movement with people. He brings the sequencing and rhythm from his dance background into his dynamic classes. As a lover of life, nature and the spirit of freedom, Simon loves traveling around the world, studying, and teaching. He now teaches weekly at two of The Netherlands leading yoga studios and as well as offering workshops, retreats and teacher trainings.
