Petra Gorter

Petra’s adventure from participant to teacher, began at the gym with Aerobics, Karate and Spinning. To bring more softness into her activities, she started to follow Pilates. She became enthusiastic about how Pilates strengthen the core in a gentle way and how it improves body posture with all its benefits. To share this with others, she decided to become a Pilates teacher.

She discovered the path of Yoga when she started to follow pregnancy yoga. She continued her yoga practice with Vinyasa and Iyengar classes at Yoga Moves. To broaden her horizons, she followed among others the Vinyasa Teacher Training and Hot Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Moves.

In her Pilates classes, you will find your core muscles and discover how to move from the core. With a soft approach, she challenges you to build strength and to improve your body mobility. In her Hot Yoga classes, she guides you through Yoga poses with focus on alignment, with sweat and finally with a smile on your face.
