Jeanine first started practicing Ashtanga yoga in 2005. After a stop and start relationship with yoga, she became more consistent with her practice in 2012. Although she still loves her Ashtanga practice she ventured out and discovered her softer side with Yin Yoga and now feels that the two styles are a perfect mix to bring balance to her life. She has also been an avid runner since 2000 and loves combining her yoga and running practice.
She came to teaching because she loves sharing the yoga that has so enriched her own life with others. She has her Yoga Teacher Trainer Certificates in both Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga and she has also competed her training as a Running Coach and Mindfulness trainer. Due to this varied background she now teaches a wide variety of yoga styles including a Yoga & Running, Hatha Yoga and Hatha Flow, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga.
