Yoga Moves Pre-Teacher Training Workshop

Come enjoy a session of yogic exploration and discover if teaching yoga is right for you!

The Yoga Moves Vinyasa Teacher Training Program (200 hours | Yoga Alliance Certified) is a world renowned program. We were the first Yoga Alliance registered program in the Netherlands, and we have trained hundreds of teachers – some who have gone on to be top teachers in the Netherlands and beyond.

We offer our program twice a year. This year we offer it for the first time in Den Haag (The Hague) in the summer/fall of 2019. In Utrecht, we’ll host our long program, this will start in January 2020. More...

  • Lots of conscious vinyasa & breath-based yoga practice. We practice twice a day. Morning sessions offer a longer, stronger creative practice that encourage deep healing breathing. Afternoons we practice more earthly; expect a more internal practice. Enjoy building your pranayama, stillness and asana sequences, which you can also integrate in your home-practice.
  • Becoming aware of how you move, how to ground yourself, feel creative and relaxed. Learn topics like: foundation first, principles of forward and back-bending, inversions, and the basic core movements inside yoga asana. Learn how to safely move into inversions, integrate props to create awareness of your alignment, and explore core cultivation (bhandas) as a foundation of your practice.
  • What do we require of you? You should have a steady yoga practice for a minimum of 1 year (approx. 2-3 times a week) with a dynamic style of yoga such as; vinyasa, prana vinyasa, hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar etc. Our course is for people interested in becoming a teacher of (Vinyasa/ flow) yoga, and open to people who are curious about that path. Learn and prepare for the exciting step of the Yoga Moves Teacher Training (200 hours)

Ask all the questions you might have (and more?)

  • Am I “good enough”?
  • I am not flexible, or I experience challenges… Can I join?
  • What should I expect? How much time does it take?
  • What will we be focusing on?
  • How is this program compared to others?
  • Will we learn about Yoga philosophy & about anatomy?
  • Does this program focus on personal practice or on teaching skills?
  • Who are the trainers? What makes them qualified?
  • What style will we learn? What is Vinyasa?
  • Will I be able to teach classes in a studio afterwards?
  • What if I am not sure I want to teach yet? Can I join?
People say

Jasmijn has what I call depth perception, and is a gifted communicator. Jasmijn is dedicated to teaching breath-initiated movement to a wide range of students of all shapes, sizes, and internal states of mind – thereby making yoga accessible to all.

Hilary's class was both exhilarating and deeply relaxing...it is rare to find a Vinyasa teacher with solid experience and true wisdom, who can introduce new technical material, while at the same time guide her students to surrender into the depth of breath and the pleasure of flow.

Gayle Olson, Exotic Yoga Retreats

The noble desire to share yoga with others (as a teacher)

requires you to deepen your own practice – for the rest of your life!
