Yoga Basics classes are great for everyone, but they are a very comfortable starting point for beginners. We keep it simple in terms of the asanas (postures) and teach you the fundamentals. Basic does not mean easy, expect to be challenged. This class is a great alternative if you cannot take one of our Introduction to Yoga Courses.
