Slow Flow

Our special Slow Flow class is the natural result of a long exploration of how to practice with softness, stability and awareness. Developed by Yoga Moves founder Hilary Brown, it balances the dynamic yang quality of a slow vinyasa class with the restorative yin qualities of longer holds, deep relaxation and meditation. Expect more stillness in-between and work with more sitting and ground based postures. Slowing things down allows your body awareness to evolve!
