Pilates

One of the many fun ways to stay fit and healthy is joining a pilates class. Let me assure you that pilates is for people of all ages and levels of fitness. A pilates class will greatly help strengthen the core of your body as well as achieve a well toned body. The different positions taught in the pilates class will also enhance flexibility and mobility in the spine. Pilates thrives by integrating and elevating the body, mind and spirit. How difficult a class is depends on who is in the class and what the needs of the members of the class are. Expect to feel challenged but not overwhelmed. The class is set up much like most kinds of yoga classes.
