Bhakti Flow

Feel full of love and completely relaxed. To align the inner with the outer,  breathing and mantra are the tools to transport the breath and mind to the seat of life.

Bhakti flow is a slow and mindful practice that centers around your direct experience of the tools and themes of yoga chanting and meditation before, during and after asana practice. The asana practice will align with the season and time according to Ayurvedic principles.
