Lift Your Hot Classes and Teaching to the Next Level...
Refine your teaching skills for teaching to multiple levels and, lift your students to their next level! Kristin will help you turn your blind spots into sweet spots that will set yourself apart as a thriving modern-day yoga teacher. This is an opportunity for you to be coached by Kristin individually and as a group.
The day will begin with an introduction to her principles, then you will join Kristin for a public “master” class (Yoga Moves Hot Vinyasa (Tapasya Hot-Hatha-Vinyasa).
After a lunch break, you will work in a learning circle working with Kristins’ mentorship and teaching practicum.
She will come prepared by already have listened to your audio recordings and your questions that you will provide before the workshop. From your requests and her observations, she will work with each of you, in the open circle (so everyone can learn and benefit), to help you refine and explore new approaches to your personal challenges. Please bring your notebook to take notes, and we will record and share this session also.
Each of you will receive individualized feedback, have a chance to digest it and create a plan to refine your teaching skills!
Those willing, and ready (to be determined by Kristin) will have an opportunity to assist a class and receive a second chance at feedback. Kristin will invite a few of you to teach a small part of a live class that she will be teaching in the coming week (5-10 May).
