Take control of your life and recalibrate your priorities, relationships, and well-being.
The ‘calibrated man‘ is a man who chooses to take control of his life through self-study and evolutionary exercises to recalibrate his priorities, his relationships, and his well-being. A warrior in armour is aptly attired when going into battle, but if the warrior wishes to conquer himself and have deeper relationships he must know how to remove the armour. This personal expansion workshop will celebrate our strength as men while offering a starting place for taking off our armour when it no longer serves us or those we love. Women have spent the last 25 years engaged in personal development while we men still function like its 1985. We cannot expect our exterior life to change without internal change.
The event will include lecture, discussion, gentle movement, and breathing patterns.
