Sadhana practice days are designed to offer you a long juicy practice session – which may include more attention on the strength and softness of a total yoga practice, deeper pranayama, time to explore more challenging postures within the context of vinyasa krama, and will explore how alignment cues and knowledge can be applied throughout the practice. In addition, we will always allow some time for your questions, (esp. for yoga teachers to ask how to integrate the practices)

Pulsating Dance with Spanda – In this Sadhana practice, you will be guided into the tantric teachings about Spanda and the Dance of The Divine. Prana Shakti is the power of this pulsating energy, always available in you, waiting to dance. With these teachings and tools, you will be able to dive deeper into the pulsation of your body and breath. Slower Vinyasa Yoga with alignment to move energy in your body and connect to the pulse of cosmic energy. In this practice, you will be waving movement and action with your breath in a way that connect you more deeply and open up channels of delicious juiciness! Breath Play, Movement play and Balancing play all come out in this 3 hour practice. You will finish your practice with a delightful tantric meditation.
Sadhana practice day with Sandra Carson
Sandra Carson is a knowledgable and insightful yoga teacher who has been teaching internationally since 2002. She teaches mostly in the Vinyasa style with great care and compassion for her students. Challenging the students in the practice, she carefully guides them from empowered awareness to the space where transformation can take place. Teaching with clarity and attention for detail enabling the practitioner to experience shifts in both the body and attitude. Sandra’s studies, love and curiosity for this practice have led her to teaching yoga as a therapy, helping people to relieve physical pain and supporting their own ability for healing. Sandra teaches Anusara yoga and teaches weekly classes, workhops and trainings. She is a teacher at EkhartYoga, an international online yogastudio. She is an E-RYT500 and Anusara Yoga teacher.
