Explore the essential elements of Inner Axis practice
This event is for anyone interested in learning more about Max’s special program as well as for yoga teachers who want to learn more how they can adopt some of the principles into their own work. All are welcome- including beginners.
Max Strom’s Inner Axis Yoga is creating a lot of excitement in the world of well-being and yoga because it serves so many populations. Not only the yoga enthusiast, but people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and sleep dysfunction. It serves people who struggle with their body weight, or over 50 years old. It emphasises healing the student rather than the student trying to force himself into something that is not accessible to them. Because of this, Max is bringing this work more into the medical community as well as the corporate communities.
This daylong workshop will be a day of exploring the essential elements of practice that Max Strom is so highly regarded for.
The morning will consist of a short lecture on essential terms followed by a full practice of breath initiated movement and yoga postures and movement patterns. The afternoon will go more deeply into the how and why of the essential elements he works with such as:
