Refine your hot yoga teaching with an expert on hot yoga.

Day 1: Saturday, May 4 – Tapasya Yoga, experience the what and the why of this empowering method.

  • Practice (90min) Tapasya Hot-Vinyasa Master Class with Kristin
  • Workshop (2,5 hours) on the principles of teaching a Tapasya Hot-Vinyasa class; guidelines for linking, transitioning, vinyasa-karma (class structure), space holding, heat management, how to assist/adjust, etc.

Day 2: Sunday, May 5 – Turn your blind spots into sweet spots.

  • Practice (90min) Tapasya Hot-Vinyasa Master Class with Kristin.
  • You get to take part in a group teaching practicum (2,5 hours) followed by group mentorship. You will receive individualized feedback to refine your teaching skills. Kristin will help you turn your blind spots into sweet spots that will set yourself apart as a thriving modern-day yoga teacher.
For existing teachers or new teachers who want a private mentorship experience, you can contact Kristin and set up online or in person for when she is in town May 3 till 11 2019.

Kristin Campbell

Kristin Campbell: With passion and precision and a knack for holding space in her own loving, accessible and nurturing way, Kristin teaches sustainable, alignment-based, light-hearted and sweaty yoga very much inspired by 16 years of teaching, 9 years owning a yoga studio, 10 years of training teachers.  She is the founder of Tapasya yoga and enjoys training teachers over the world.
