Join Lizzie Lasater to learn her potent and deeply personal blend of dance, gentle asana practices, pranayama, and restorative yoga to access deep meditation. After the workshop, you’ll be equipped to continue this practice on your own, and share meditation with your students. You will learn to enjoy the juicy effects of silence, and move back into your day with a renewed feeling of expansiveness.
