The bliss program

Enjoy daily yoga (2 times a day): Antar & Hilary will share the daily yoga lessons, so you will practice traditional hatha yoga and breath-based vinyasa styles. In addition, we will be sharing more depth around seldom offered integrative practices to awaken your senses, with pranayama, meditation, writing, contemplate, walk, sing or even dance – in some form each day. Silence will be requested at specific moments each week to let you soak into yourself.  Once a week we will take an (optional) excursion to sites around Rishikesh.

Afternoon workshops:  Week 1 & 2 | Learn the art of giving & receiving deep nurturing Ayurvedic massage that combines deep tissue massage with coordinated breath work and yoga stretching.

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is unique style of massage that combines deep tissue massage with coordinated breath work and yoga stretching. It’s a body work which is performed on the floor to allow free movement and flow. It combines dynamic and static techniques.  It is a traditional and ancient wisdom of taking care of the body through breath work and healing techniques in order to channelise the energy. By pressing energy points the body can be harmonised and freed from physical and emotional blockages. Excess of toxins in the body and knots can be removed through this unique comprehensive approach. This sacred body work happens between giver and receiver, allowing both an amazing sense of being present and available. It brings a state of meditation, which heals the body, enhances energy levels, deepens the experience of being here and now and helps with letting go of mind patterns and physical blockages and tensions.

Week 3 | Discover your own dharma by uncovering your core desired feelings. Take this time to reset your compass and regain your confidence in your own true nature.

Dive into an exploration of your own personal dharma – what is your own personal calling in life? Take this time to reset your compass and regain your confidence in your own true nature. In addition to yoga, meditation, pure peace and enjoyment, Hilary will take us through a process called Desire Mapping. Desire Mapping is a process to help you determine your goals with soul…so you can create the life you love. Knowing how you actually want to feel is the most potent form of clarity that you can have. Generating those feelings is the most creative thing you can do with your life. You will enjoy a deep process of listening, writing, exploring, remembering, dreaming; it will result in deeper awareness of your own core desired feelings, you will go home with mantra-like words that hold deep meaning for you and can truly help you navigate powerful life choices.
