Dana first came in contact with meditation at sixteen years old through personal contact with Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche the founder of Shambhala. Since then she has been on the Shambhala Buddhist Path of the Warrior.
She completed the 200 hour Vinyasa yoga teacher’s training at Yoga Moves in 2003. In 2010 she completed the 60 hour Insight Yoga teacher’s training with Sarah Powers.
